Apis Strategy was set up in 2024, with one clear objective; to create something that matters to the legal market outside London and answers the real needs of those in it.

With seventeen years of experience in the London market, our Director, Alexandra Poore, relocated to rural Derbyshire in 2021 and started working with local businesses on their strategy and business development.

Having spent seventeen years in London as a highly trained headhunter, and a skilled researcher working with predominantly AmLaw 100 firms, Alexandra has almost unrivalled experience with speaking to and engaging partners, sector heads, global heads and managing partners and has spent a very large proportion working solely with law firms on their strategic human growth, hires which bring them a new global reach or develop a new practice area.

With experience mediating between parties, working with senior level lawyers, global managing partners and business heads, she is uniquely placed, and very well versed in understanding the needs, nuances and thinking of law firms globally.
